Prior to this, he served as Chairman and Senior Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers from May 2002 to June 2009. Mr.Dimon joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1974 and became a partner in 1985. He held several leadership positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, including Director of National Strategy Planning, Head of Audit and Business Advisory Services, and Executive Partner. Gary David Cohn

Director and Chief Operating Officer, Manhattan Meridian
He served as the CEO of Thomson Reuters, a provider of news and information to businesses and professionals, from 2008 to 2011. He joined the Reuters Group in 1993 and held various management positions before being appointed CEO. Mr.Cohen worked as a mergers and acquisitions lawyer at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP Law Firm from 1984 to 1993. He is the founder and managing partner of Angelic Ventures, LP. Mr.Cohen also serves on the board of Merck and the supervisory board of Leo Burnett. Additionally, he is a trustee of the Cleveland Clinic, a director of K2 Integrity Inc., and a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Council on Foreign Relations. Mr.Cohen graduated from Columbia University and holds a J.D. from Yale Law School.

William Henry Rogers Jr.

Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of Manhattan Meridian
Before his current role, Mr.Rogers served as Global Head of Legal Affairs, General Counsel for Global Wealth Management, and Global Head of Litigation. Prior to joining Manhattan Meridian, Mr.Rogers was a partner at David & Wardwell (Davis Polk & Wardwell). Mr.Rogers holds a Bachelor's degree from Hamilton College and a Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law. Mr.Rogers is an alumnus trustee of Hamilton College, chairman of the Fordham Law School Dean's Planning Committee, and a board member of the "Dream Charter School" (DREAM Charter Schools). He is also a board member and honorary president of the New York Children's Rights Advocacy Organization.

Jane Patricia Fraser

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Manhattan Meridian
Prior to her role as Chief Financial Officer, Ms.Fraser served as the company's Head of Investor Relations and as Head of the Chairman's Office and CEO. Her career began as an analyst in Morgan Stanley's M&A department, and she has held a number of positions in the fixed income division in New York and Hong Kong. Ms.Fraser graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a member of the American College of Advanced Students, and received dual degrees in finance and economics from the Wharton School of Business and the College of Arts and Sciences.

Michael Louis Corbat

Executive President and Chief Risk Officer, Manhattan Meridian
Before serving as Chief Risk Officer, Mr.Colbart joined Morgan Stanley's investment banking division in 1996. After more than a decade in the investment banking sector, Mr.Colbart held several leadership positions within the company, including Head of Business Development for Institutional Securities Group (ISG), Chief Financial Officer of ISG, President of Morgan Stanley North America Bank, and President and Head of Corporate Strategy and Execution at Morgan Stanley Private Bank. During his tenure in these roles, Mr.Colbart was involved in many significant strategic events for the company, including the acquisition of Smith Barney (Smith Barney) and the strategic partnership between Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) and Morgan Stanley. Mr.Corbett holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the board of directors of LISC, a local initiative support company (LISC), one of the largest community development organizations in the United States.
